Established in 2017, Ms Lexi and Celestial Band is a world class 5 Piece Band Melbourne. Our tight knit group is actually made up of 6 excellent musicians, highly experienced in weddings and live events such as Corporate functions and large-scale parties.

The beauty of having a 5 piece band at your important function is that you’ll get our amazing Saxophone player, as well as two amazing singers. Lexi Ross will be your female singer, bringing her 20 odd years of singing experience to the table. You’ll also have one of our highly talented male singers, who also play guitar in the band.

The Brighton Savoy

The Brighton Savoy is a historic and classic beach front wedding venue in Melbourne. Lead by Michael Lee, his family have been running the venue for 50 years! We’ve played at The Brighton Savoy regularly over the years and have a fondness for Michael Lee and his family.

Quat Quatta

Quat Quatta is a stella wedding venue tucked down a nice street in the heart of Ripponlea. Quat Quatta looks like a divine mansion from the outside. When you go inside the main dining hall is large, including a huge dance floor space! This venue is filled with amazing photo locations, lots of beautiful arches and doorways.

Fenix

Fenix is a modern Melbourne wedding venue conveniently located in Richmond. The main function spaces at Fenix look out onto trees and greenery. You can take a stroll outside the venue and walk along the tree lined paths. It feels like you’re somewhere out in the bush, even though you’re only 5 minutes from Victoria Street. Definitely worth checking out.

Lead by Lead Singer Lexi Ross, our band can provide a full day of live music on your wedding day. Here’s an example. We’ll start off playing at your Ceremony as an Acoustic Duo. We take your song requests long before the day, just to make sure everything is absolutely perfect. Next up we provide some music for your Canapés hour. This could be one of our Soloists, or our Acoustic Duo again. If you decide to have a Soloist, you choose between Lexi singing with the keyboard, or one of our Male singers with Acoustic Guitar. When it’s time for the Reception to start, our entire 5 Piece Band Melbourne will be set up and ready to play you four sets of amazing live music across the night. Our sets usually go for 45 minutes. We’ll often play one chilled set, then one mid-tempo set, and finally two absolute dance-floor sets.

For most corporate functions and parties, we let our clients-to-be tell us how many hours the event is, and then customise the band from there. At every event we usually plan to play at least 4 X 45-minute sets of live music. Every occasion is worth celebrating! Now restrictions have eased its time to start planning some all-important events for 2021 and 2022. Many of our 2021 dates are already booked out. Be sure to book early, to avoid disappointment!
