Wedding Planning Fatigue- Affordable Melbourne Weddings

Amongst groups such as Melbourne Brides on Facebook, there are many posts saying that couples are experiencing ‘wedding planning fatigue’. Some couples have had to postpone, cancel, rebook and postpone again throughout the year, and are just down right tied. That’s why we thought we would give you a run-down of our two cheapest live music options, if you’re now trying to plan your wedding on a budget!

Acoustic Duo Live Music- Affordable Melbourne Weddings

Our suggestions to clients who started off wanting a proper wedding band, but are now looking to save money, is to have an Acoustic Duo. An Acoustic Duo is awesome as your main wedding entertainment. When we play as an Acoustic Duo, we perform at least four 45-minute ‘sets’ across a standard wedding reception. We can also play during your wedding Ceremony, and Canapes hour. In between our live sets, we offer a complimentary DJ Concierge service. We’ll play a mixture of songs from top 40 playlists, through our PA speakers. You can give us the playlists, or was can play ones we’ve already created! When we perform as an Acoustic Duo, we still play all the old favourites you would expect to be played by a full wedding band

  • Jessie’s Girl – Rick Springfield
  • Summer of 69 – Bryan Adams
  • I Wanna Dance with Somebody – Whitney Houston
  • Can’t Stop the Feeling- Justin Timberlake

These are just some of the songs we can play as an Acoustic Duo, Full band or as Solo performers

Soloist Live Music Option

If you’re on a budget and still want some live music for your wedding, another option is to have a Soloist. Founder of the band, Lexi Ross, regularly performs at weddings as a Singer/ Keys player Soloist. You can book Lexi to come to your wedding on her own. Alternatively, you can hire of our Lead Male Singer/ Guitar players to perform at your wedding as a Soloist.
