As a live wedding and function band, we take serious pride in what we do. We love nothing more than providing clients with the most amazing live band for their wedding or special event! Recently we’ve been rehearsing and getting ready for our 5 Piece Band showcase that we had planned for July 25th 2021 at Lona Bar in St Kilda. Unfortunately, due to Melbourne’s snap lockdown 5.0 we weren’t able to go ahead on that date! Never fear because we’ve pushed the Showcase back a few weeks and will release the new date for everyone soon!

Today we just wanted to tell you a bit more about our Large Live Band Melbourne, and how we can bring to life the most magical wedding day for our couples. Typically, when we get booked as a wedding band, we also provide live music for the Ceremony and Canapés hour as well! For many of our couples it looks like this:
- Our male + female Acoustic Duo for your Ceremony
- FREE Canapés musician before the Reception
- Our 5-person, or Large Live Band for your Reception featuring 3 singers and our Saxophone player!
If DJ music is also your vibe, let us know during the booking process and we can also give you a DJ hour!! For this we bring our DJ booth, table, decks and equipment and have your dance-floor go off.

We’ve had so many couples that have already booked us for their wedding, ask if they can come down and watch us perform! Well you asked, we answered. We have put together an awesome 2 hour live Showcase featuring our Large Live Band Melbourne, AND our Acoustic Duo. We can’t wait to re-establish anew date and let everybody know! At this live event we’ll be performing some of our favourite Ceremony music, as well as our classic dance-floor hits. We’re sure you’re going to love it!
We’re really hoping Melbourne comes out of lockdown in this last part of July 2021, so we can replan this event and invite everyone down!

As well as being a live 5-person band, we’ve been booking a LOT of DJ +MC weddings and events lately. If a full 5 person band is out of your budget, you can always hire us for a simple DJ service! Lexi Ross is an experienced female DJ, with a talent for choosing well known music that your guests will absolutely love! If you hire our DJ service, you can have unlimited song requests in the lead up to your event, and on the night!
